Yannik Cudjoe-Virgil
Yannik began managing commercial real estate as Asset Manager by trade for both retail and institutionally-capitalized real estate private equity firms with over $3B+ in AUM. Yannik focuses on acquisitions and investor relations.
Prior to real estate, Yannik played in the National Football League (NFL) and retired in 2018. Yannik currently oversees the asset management and private equity capital. Yannik holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park (14').

Sam Henry
Sam began purchasing and operating income properties in 2011 acquired with equity raised from private investors. Sam focuses primarily on asset management and investor relations. Prior to real estate, Sam spent several years in the tech industry working as a software engineer and consultant for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. In 2012, he co-founded GT Web Systems, a tech consulting firm which developed and licensed a proprietary solution for distributing digital content. Sam negotiated the licensing of that technology to a Fortune 100 company in 2015. Sam holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Morgan State University.
